It's a standard switchplate, I wouldn't think it would violate a renter's agreement. I need to get on the stick about these being available for sale, though, this only got posted because I was teaching my old boss to use instagram and it was still on my phone. (I need to find the screws and paint them to match. And figure out how to package them.)
