Can we get a break from all the deaths already?

I wasn't expecting losing Glenn Frey to hit me as hard as Rickman or Bowie (uncompleted drafts of those posts are still ... somewhere) but where they started influencing my life in my teens, the Eagles were pretty much there from Day 1. They were the only band all three of us liked (mom, stepdad and i, not that I got a lot of votes) and so were the soundtrack to every road trip. It's like something so utterly basic to my being is suddenly gone.

I just can't.
