Phrase I have seen multiple times, from multiple professionals, while searching for same.

"I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families."

How is that specializing? That's pretty much the entire potential client population.

They don't work with businesses or government? Nah, still more of an anti-specialty.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are business therapists, but I can't imagine it is at all common. Perhaps it should be, though...

I heard an NPR story about a guy who does business therapy, who said there are quite a number of co-founders who don't get along but are staying together 'for the company'. Didn't sound common but it might make a good replacement for most of traditional management consulting...
