The discs at L4 and L5 are pretty smushed, but I'm guessing that the hernia/slip fixed itself, because while I wake up stiff every day, I'm not in constant pain. I'm mostly attributing that to ALL THE YOGA. I cannot thank you enough for the Iyengar recommendation. I have also been working a lot on my core and back muscles, which I think is helping too.
