Nah, I'm shipping. And my normal tack right now involves stuffing 20-22 pieces into a USPS small flat rate box which ships anywhere in 2 days for the princely sum of $5, and most cons are $10-15 a panel. Arisia is more expensive, and has a significant mail-in fee, and ... yeah, they talked me into two panels as a way to amortize the mail-in fee. But if I can stay away from anything bigger than a large flat rate box (or preferably a medium) it has a dramatic effect on shipping, especially when it is going across the whole country.
Sadly, it is a real PITA to agent for someone at a con art show unless you are already gonna get there right at the start and stay until the very end.
