Ok - I just read it and that was really interesting! The questions and answers were very interesting and helpful near the end with questions such as what to do for someone in a manic state. I lost a good friend with bipolar because I suggested she get help while in a manic state that had me worried and she lashed out at me from her state of paranoia and that was the end of that. I've always wondered if I should've done something different. For years she was off her medication so I'm not sure whatever happened to her but I've always wondered if I failed her by that first initial suggestion.

Also, I laughed out loud when one of the respondents said "I almost said "normal" depression"!

All very interesting and it was brave of you to use your real name and I bet that will end up being really helpful to people who read it!
